大鼠脑缺血/再灌注诱导的海马CA1区Fyn亚硝基化 被引量:1

摘要 目的 观察大鼠脑缺血/再灌注诱导海马CA1区酪氨酸蛋白激酶Fyn的巯基亚硝基化水平变化,并探讨其变化的可能机制.方法 采用Pulsinelli-Brierley四动脉阻断法制作大鼠全脑缺血/再灌注模型,生物素转化法检测亚硝基化的Fyn.结果 大鼠脑缺血/再灌注可以引起Fyn的巯基亚硝基化,亚硝基化的Fyn随再灌注时间延长逐渐增加,再灌注6 h增加最为明显;缺血前20 min注射神经元型一氧化氮合酶的抑制剂7-硝基吲唑可以明显抑制Fyn的巯基亚硝基化.结论 大鼠脑缺血/再灌注早期可以通过神经元型一氧化氮合酶产生的一氧化氮诱导Fyn的巯基亚硝基化.
