摘要
制备了一种聚酰亚胺漆包线漆及其漆包线,并对其进行了红外光谱分析及性能测试。结果表明:该漆包线具有优良的耐热性,玻璃化转变温度达293℃,软化击穿温度和击穿电压明显高于240级芳香族聚酰亚胺漆包圆线的标准要求。
A kind of polyimide enamel and the enamel wire were prepared,then the properties were tested and the structure was analyzed by FTIR.The results show that the enamel wire hasexcellent heat resistance with 293 ℃ of glass transition temperature(Tg),and the cut-through temperature and breakdown voltage are obviously higher than the national standard of 240 class round aromatic polyimide enamel wire.
