新型铱配合物化学发光探针测定亚硫酸盐的研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究发现酸性条件下,亚硫酸根对自制的新型环金属铱配合物[(dpci)2Ir(pca)])(dpci=3,4-二苯基邻二氮杂萘,pca=吡啶-2-羧酸)-硫酸铈体系的化学发光有显著的增强作用,据此建立了检测亚硫酸根的新方法。在最佳条件下,亚硫酸根浓度与化学发光强度在5.0×10-7~3.0×10-4mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检出限为1.4×10-7mol/L。对1.0×10-4 mol/L亚硫酸根进行9次平行测定,相对标准偏差为3.1%。方法成功用于粉丝食品中亚硫酸盐的测定,回收率在98.3%~102.8%之间。 A novel and sensitive chemiluminescence (CL) method for the determination of sulfite coupled with flow-injection analysis (FIA) has been developed. It is based on the enhancement effect of sulfite on the CL emission of cyclometalated iridium complex [ ( dpci)2Ir (pca) ]) ( dpci = 3, 4-dipheny, pca = 2- pyridinecarboxylic acid ) and cerium sulphate system. Under the optimum conditions, the CL intensity is proportional with the concentration of sulfite in the range of 5.0 × 10^-7 - 3.0 ×10^-4mol/L. The detection limit is 1. d× 10^-7 mol/L (S/N =3). The relative standard derivation (R. S. D) for nine parallel measurements of sulfite is 3.1%. The proposed method has been applied successfully to the determination of sulfite in food with recoveries between 98.3% and 102. 8%.
