摘要
职场围攻行为,是指组织员工对目标员工的合伙攻击,并导致目标员工的心理受到伤害的行为。常用的职场围攻行为测量方法有自我评定法、问卷测量法和质性访谈法。职场围攻行为的影响因素主要有性别、人格特征和组织文化等。职场围攻行为不仅影响个体的身心健康水平,而且会给组织带来严重的消极影响。因此,在组织中要加强对职场围攻行为的认识,引入心理咨询顾问,积极预防围攻行为的发生;创建积极的组织文化,建立行之有效的反围攻政策;制定职场围攻行为的相关法律法规。未来的职场围攻行为研究要厘清职场围攻行为的概念,明确职场围攻行为的性质,关注职场围攻行为在因果链条中的位置,进一步拓展研究对象,丰富研究方法。
Workplace mobbing involves employees' "gang up" on a target employee and subjecting him or her to psychological harassments.The frequently-used methods on workplace mobbing are self-description,questionnaire measurement,qualitative interview.The main influence factors of workplace mobbing are gender,personality and organizational culture and so on.Not does this "mobbing" behavior result in severe employees' psychopathology health,but also organization's negative outcomes.Therefore,we must raise awareness of mobbing in organization,introduce consulting psychologist in order to prevent the occurrence of mobbing behavior,foster a positive organizational culture,create effective anti-mobbing measures,enact legislation-related stuff to prohibit workplace mobbing.In future,the studier on workplace mobbing should be clear about the concept of mobbing,the character of mobbing,pay close attention to the position of mobbing in causal chains and further expand research objects and afford ample research methods as well.
