摘要
在相同水质与管理条件下,通过分组对比试验,研究了在基础饲料中添加5%、10%、20%、30%、40%不同水平的芜萍粉对红色草金鱼生长性能与体色的影响。试验结果表明,加入10%~30%的芜萍粉,红色草金鱼的日增质量、相对生长率随着芜萍粉添加量的增加而逐渐上升,其中30%组体质量日增质量、相对生长率最快,分别为对照组的2.70倍、2.66倍;20%组蛋白质效率最高,饲料系数最低;40%组蛋白质效率最低,饲料系数最高。投喂芜萍粉还能显著改善红色草金鱼的体色,使体色更加艳丽,红色草金鱼皮肤中的类胡萝卜素含量与芜萍粉添加量呈正相关,相关拟合方程为y=0.3891x+22.357,r=0.9911(P<0.001),相关性极显著。
The effects of duckweed Wolffia arrhiza Goldfish Carassius auratus were studied under the same conditions. The results showed thpowder levels (0 %, 5 %, 10 %, 20 %, 30 %, and 40 %) in diet on growth and body color inat the fish fed the diet containing 30% of the duckweed powder had the maximal daily weight gain and relative growth rates, up to 2.70 and 2.66 times those in the control group. The maximal protein efficiency and minimal food conversion ratio were observed in the fish fed the diet containing 20% of the duckweed powder, while the minimal protein efficiency and maximal food conversion ratio food conversion ratio were found in the 40 % group. It was found that the supplementation of powder feed improved body color in the fish. The correlation analysis indicated that the fitting equation between carotene contents (y) and the dietary duckweed powder level (x) was expressed as y=O. 3891x+22. 357,r= 0. 9911(P〈0. 001).
