摘要
介绍了利用系统动力学软件ADAMS建立CDV内燃机工作过程曲柄连杆机构动力学仿真分析模型的方法.根据所建立的模型,对CDV车型使用N6A10FX3APSA内燃机曲柄连杆机构的运动学、动力学特性进行了仿真.通过仿真计算,得到考虑曲柄柔性时的曲轴主轴径、连杆轴颈载荷,活塞、连杆等的惯性力以及内燃机的输出特性,为此,本文提出了利用ADAMS对内燃机曲柄连杆机构设计与改进的一种方法.
This paper presents how to build the rigid-flexible multi-body system model of the crank and connecting rod mechanism of CDV internal combustion engine on ADAMS software,and processes the kinematics and dynamic simulation taking the crank and connecting rod mechanism of N6A 10FX3A PSA internal combustion engine as its object of study.Through the simulation the dynamic characteristic date such as the loads of main bearings and connecting rod bearings,the inertia forces of piston and connecting rods,and the out put torque and power of the internal combustion engine are abtained.So it supplies a simple and effective method for the design of the crank and connecting rod mechanism of automotive internal combustion engine on the ADAMS software platform the foundation.
