摘要
目的:观察酸性氧化电位水消毒消化内镜的效果。方法:设立酸性氧化电位水组与2%戊二醛两组,采用5槽消毒法,分别消毒3 min、5 min、10 min,采样消毒前后的内镜标本进行细菌计数。结果:酸性氧化电位水消毒5 min和10 min时菌落数均为0,优于戊二醛组。结论:酸性氧化电位水可以提高消化道内镜的消毒效果。
Objective:To investigate the disinfection efficacy of electrolyzed oxidizing water (EOV) and glutaraldehyde on contaminated gastrointestinal endoscope and evaluate the value of the two disinfectants in clinical practice. Methods: Endoscopes were disinfected with 5 channels disinfection method. EOW disinfectant group and glutaraldehyde disinfectant group were set up. The examples of endoscope were taken at 3, 5 and 10 minutes after disinfection. The amount of bacterial colony were counted and compared before and after disinfection. Results: Bacteria were not detected at samples of 5 and 10 minutes after disinfection in EOW group. Conclusion: The disinfection effect of EOW is superior to glutaraldehyde.
