酸性氧化电位水消毒消化道内镜效果的观察

A comparative observation on disinfection effects of gastrointestinal endoscopy by EOW and glutaraldehyde

目的:观察酸性氧化电位水消毒消化内镜的效果。方法:设立酸性氧化电位水组与2%戊二醛两组,采用5槽消毒法,分别消毒3 min、5 min、10 min,采样消毒前后的内镜标本进行细菌计数。结果:酸性氧化电位水消毒5 min和10 min时菌落数均为0,优于戊二醛组。结论:酸性氧化电位水可以提高消化道内镜的消毒效果。

Objective：To investigate the disinfection efficacy of electrolyzed oxidizing water （EOV） and glutaraldehyde on contaminated gastrointestinal endoscope and evaluate the value of the two disinfectants in clinical practice. Methods： Endoscopes were disinfected with 5 channels disinfection method. EOW disinfectant group and glutaraldehyde disinfectant group were set up. The examples of endoscope were taken at 3, 5 and 10 minutes after disinfection. The amount of bacterial colony were counted and compared before and after disinfection. Results： Bacteria were not detected at samples of 5 and 10 minutes after disinfection in EOW group. Conclusion： The disinfection effect of EOW is superior to glutaraldehyde.
