This paper connected chord vibration with static measurement and made use of a new method to study consistency of solid and liquid.There are simple theory and reliable method,and comprehend more deeply for chord vibration and static measure ment.From the result,the error is very tiny when compared with standard consistency.And it shows a practical method and has application value.
