激光入射角度的精确定位研究

摘要 基于激光精确告警需求,理论研究了激光入射角和激光偏振角对分光镜能量透反比的影响规律,在激光偏振角确定的条件下,分光镜能量透反比与激光入射角存在对应关系。实验中通过改变激光入射角度,研究了分光镜能量透反比与激光入射角的关系,实验结果与理论研究结果一致。 Based on the demand for precision laser alarm, the influence of laser incident angle and laser polarization angle on transmit-reflect ratio of beam splitter is studied theoritically. It is revealed that the laser polarization angle is a constant, there is a correlation between transmit-reflect ratio and laser incident angle. By varying the laser incident angle, the relationship between transmit-reflect ratio and laser incident angle is experimentally inspected. The experimental and theoretical results are in good agreement.
