摘要
运用科学的分析方法和工具对基层员工的心理需求现状进行分析诊断,形成了《员工思想状况调研诊断报告》,构建了《辅导员胜任力模型》,完成了员工辅导计划在遵义供电局的系统思考和阶段研究。
Applying the scientific analysis method and instrument to diagnose and analyze the psychological needs present situation of oasie employees, the diagnose report of the employees ideological situation has been formed and the model of the counselor compehas been constructed. Finally the thought and period research of the employee counseling plan in Zunyi power supply bureau has completed.
