This article briefly described the design of fire- extinguishing system on 2 500 m Lane length/2 300 passenger ROPAX vessel. The following fire-extinguishing system were emphatically introduced： ship＇s water fire-extinguishing system, fixed high pressed CO2 system, fixed water based fire-fighting systems for vehicle space and engine room, accommodation sprinkler and water-spraying system, foam application system for helicopter landing space.
