南水北调中线渠道混凝土衬砌板优化设计 被引量:3

摘要 针对南水北调中线穿黄工程已建渠道坡脚上部易出现裂缝的情况,采用Midas有限元软件对混凝土衬砌板结构体型、分缝位置和深度进行了研究,推荐采用外坡为1∶0.5的齿墙形式,在坡脚上部0.5 m处设第一条分缝,半缝深度为衬砌厚度50%的优化方案。试验段施工结果表明,原来易出现裂缝的渠道坡脚上部未出现裂缝,该优化方案是合理的。 Based on the situation that upper part of slope toe of already built channel of Yellow River crossing project in south-to-north water diversion middle route project cracks easily,the paper studied on the type,parting location and depth of concrete tooth-wall by Midas finite element software.It suggests that adopting the optimization method that tooth-wall type with outer slope of 1∶0.5,setting the first parting at the upper 0.5 m of the slope toe,and making the depth of half crack to be half of the lining thickness.The test section construction results show that the optimization scheme is correct,and cracks are not found at the upper slope toe.
