摘要
本文首次利用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪测定了野生铁核桃叶和花的红外光谱图,分析比较了它们在光谱图上的异同。虽然二者的红外光谱图十分相似,但在1700-500cm^-1区间的红外光谱图形状不同,且有各自独有的特征峰存在。根据各种化学键和官能团振动所引起的吸收峰形状和范围,推断出它们可能含有烷烃类、蒽醌类、酚或醇类、黄酮类、多糖、强心苷、三萜类化合物及其挥发油、鞣质等化学成分。其结论可为研究核桃叶和花的化学成分及作用机理提供科学依据。
The leaf and flower of Carya Cathayensis Sarg were analyzed by Fourier transfer infrared spectrometer. The results indicate that the leaf and flower of Carya Cathayensis Sarg presents similar IR absorption peaks. However, the intensity and the location of these absorption peaks are different in the region of 1700-500 cm^-1. According to the analysis of the peak and intensity of the main characteristic peaks in IR spectra, it can be inferred that they all contain materials such as alkanes, anthraquinones, phenols or alcohols, flavones, polysaccharides, cardiac glycosides, triterpenoids, volatile oils and tannins. The results will provide scientific evidences for the study of chemical compositions in the leaf and flower of Carya Cathayens Sarg and their action mechanisms.
