摘要 针对一起9E燃气轮机由于天然气速比阀的控制液压缸机械故障引起机组停机的原因进行分析,解体检查发现液压缸内有凹槽,且与速比阀调位26%~30%开度的反馈对应,提出采取液压缸倒置安装并改变燃气轮机控制程序的对策,处理后速比阀开度稳定在0-65%,达到预期效果。 In view of analysis on breakdown caused by mechanical failure on control hydraulic cylinder of speed ratio valve in 9E gas turbine, groove inside the hydraulic cylinder is found out during disintegration and check, which is in accordance with the opening between 26% and 30% of position adjustment of speed ratio valve. It is proposed to inversely install the hydraulic cylinder and change the control procedure of gas turbine, after which opening of speed ratio valve is steadily between 0 and 65% and hence the expected goal is achieved.
