摘要
网损微增率的计算是电力系统有功优化的重要组成部分。基于经典电路理论对独立性网损微增率进行了推导,在推导中仅用到了系统所有节点的节点注入电流和节点阻抗矩阵,不涉及平衡节点的选取问题。基于该独立性网损微增率,在传统的发电成本中计入环境成本,建立了发电成本最小包含风力发电的发电调度模型,并用有功优化经典算法进行求解。IEEE9节点系统的仿真结果验证了独立性网损微增率的优越性以及环境成本、风机的接入对降低系统发电成本和排污量的作用。
The calculation of incremental transmission losses is an important part for the generation dispatch of power system. The derivation of independent incremental transmission losses(IITS) based on the classical circuit theory is presented in this paper. During the derivation only the nodal injection currents and nodal impedance matrix including all system busses is used, so the independent incremental transmission losses is independent of reference bus. Based on the independent incremental transmission losses and the environmental costs, a generation scheduling model including transmission losses and wind power is establised. And the classical algorithm of active power optimization is used to solve this model. Simulation of IEEE 9-bus test system shows that, the independent incremental transmission losses is superior to the incremental transmission losses with Jacobian matrix method, and the whole generation costs and the emissions of pollutants have been reduced considering the environmental costs and wind power.
