摘要 介绍了磁饱和式可控电抗器基本结构与工作原理,引入开关函数的概念,对可控电抗器工作状态进行分析。根据电路和磁路基尔霍夫定律,提出了一种基于磁饱和可控电抗器等效物理模型的设计方法,给出了单相磁饱和式可控电抗器具体设计步骤。结合铁磁材料的磁化曲线,反复迭代验证,实际设计了一台小容量的实验样机。实验结果表明:所提出的基于等效模型的可控电抗器的设计方法正确,具有方法简捷、概念清晰等优点,对磁饱和式可控电抗器的设计研究具有一定的指模导意义。 The basic structure and operation principle of the magnetically saturated controllable reactor are introduced in this paper. By introducing concept of switching function, the running status of reactor is analyzed according to the Kirchhoffs law of circuit and magnetic path. A design method for magnetically saturated controllable reactor is proposed which is based on the equivalent physical model. The design steps for the singlephase magnetically saturated controllable reactor are offered. And then a small-capacity experimental prototype is designed. The experiment results demonstrate the correctness of the proposed design method for the magnetically saturated controllable reactor. The design method is proved to be simple and accurate by the sample and also helps to the research and design of the magnetically saturated controllable reactor.
