摘要
为了预示固体火箭发动机寿命周期典型环境载荷作用下的药柱力学性能,基于Thepenier等人提出的缩比发动机设计准则,研制出了一种可预示全尺寸药柱力学性能的缩比发动机。通过有限元分析,对该缩比发动机的有效性进行了评估;采用数字散斑技术,测试了缩比发动机温度试验药柱的应变特征和变化规律。结果显示,缩比发动机的结果与全尺寸药柱的力学性能具有可比性,试验测量数据可为全尺寸发动机药柱力学性能的预示提供依据。
To predict the mechanical performance of solid propellant grain in the full-scale motor under environment loads in life period,a sub-scale motor based on the design criterions proposed by Thepenier,was developed to evaluate the mechanical performance of grain.The design validation of the sub-scale motor was also evaluated.In particular,the digital speckle correlation method was adopted to measure the strain of the grain in the sub-scale motor under heat loads.The results show that the measurement in the sub-scale motor are useful to predict the mechanical performance of the grain in the full scale solid rocket motor.
