摘要
粤剧参与辛亥革命的缘由有三:地缘之故、具有抗争性的传统、革命党人的推动。粤剧界特别是"志士班"通过编演新戏来广泛地宣传革命、发动民众、争取到"沉默的多数";为革命筹集款项;舍家为国,直接促成了同盟会南方支部的成立;在东南亚地区、美洲地区广泛发动华侨支援国内革命,粤剧对辛亥革命的成功具有推动促进作用。
There are three reasons that Cantonese Opera took part in the 1911 Revolution： geographic advantage,the contentious traditions and the promotion of the revolutionary party.Cantonese opera especially the ＂Zhishiban＂ extensively promoted the revolution,mobilized the mass and got the support of ＂the Silent Majority＂ through drilling play as well as raising money;At the same time,the sacrifaice spirit for the country of the ＂Zhishiban＂ has directly contributed to the establishement of the Confederate South Branch on the one hand;Cantonese opera has played a promoting role in the success of the 1911 Revolution by launching overseas Chinese in Southeast Asia and the Americas region to support
