摘要
研究催化剂的浸渍制备方法、煤基活性碳载体、不同浓度HCl、HNO3预处理条件对甲醇气相氧化羰化合成碳酸二甲酯催化剂活性的影响。实验结果表明:分步浸渍法优于一步法;在已选择煤基AC载体中,以宁夏华辉AC3为载体制备的CuCl/AC催化效果最优,甲醇转化率为22.5%,DMC选择性为92.3%,DMC时空收率为131.2 g.kg-1.h-1;6 mol/L HCl预处理效果最好,甲醇转化率为24.1%,DMC选择性为94.7%,DMC时空收率为147.2 g.kg-1.h-1。
