摘要
采用主成分分析、BP神经网络等现代数学方法,构建西安市房地产预警系统,并通过单指标和综合指标来预测房地产市场的运行轨迹,以揭示西安市房地产的运行状况。
In this paper,using principal component analysis,the BP neural network and other modern mathematical methods,construction of Xi＇an city real estate early warning system,and through the combination of single index and comprehensive index to forecast the real estate market running track,in order to reveal the Xi＇an city real estate operating conditions.
