摘要
对新立油田扶杨油层高含水期剩余油分布规律和特点进行研究,将剩余油分为注采不完善型、储层型、构造型3大类12种形式。结合新立油田套管变形井的井况特点,确定了以开窗侧钻为主的工艺技术,应用于3种剩余油类型,部署了挖掘构造型剩余油、储层型剩余油和换井底恢复储量型的侧钻井,共试验了6口井,平均日产液为9.2 t/d,日产油为4.5 t/d,日产油是老井产量的3.5倍,取得了较好的效果,为挖潜套变井剩余油潜力提供了广阔空间。
The characteristics of residual oil distribution at high water cut stage have been studied for the Fuyang reservoir in Xinli oilfield,and the residual oil has been classified into 3 categories of uncompleted injection-production type,reservoir type and structural type which include 12 styles.It has been decided to employ sidetrack drilling as the major technology according to the features of casing deformation in this oilfield.Six sidetracking pilot wells have been placed respectively for the 3 categories of residual oil.The pilot wells have an average daily liquid production of 9.2 t/d,oil production of 4.5 t/d,which is 3.5 times of the existing wells.This technology has provided a broad potential for producing residual oil from casing deformation wells.
