分析了卡特柴油机活塞销的结构特点,确定了对其表面缺陷及内部缺陷进行检测的磁粉探伤和超声波探伤方法,并对产品实物进行了检测验证,取得了明显效果。
The structural characteristics of the Carterpillar diesel engine piston pin are analyzed,and the methods of magnetic particle inspection and ultrasonic testing,which are used to detect the surface defects and internal defects of the piston pin,are proposed.The product is tested and verified,and remarkable results are achieved.
