In this paper,the grey relativity analysis model is set up,the main factors which affect choosing the best supplier are considered.When determining the index-weight,the relatively objective entropy of information method is adopted.This technique remarkably reduced the effect of subjective factor on determining the weight,which,in turn,makes it practical.Finally,with calculating data from the formula,each supplier is assessed on his closeness degree with the best supplier and some examples are included.
