摘要
采用统计分析和问卷调查的方法,对2 628名汶川地震灾区中学生积极参加体育锻炼与心理健康发展间的关系进行跟踪调查和相关数据的采样分析.结果显示:与"全国中学生心理健康水平常模"比较,地震灾区中学生抑郁、躯体化、恐怖焦虑、强迫症状和精神病性等5个因子的得分高于"全国常模";偏执和人际关系的得分低于"全国常模";影响灾区中学生心理健康水平调节的主要因素为心理辅导、体育锻炼、异地疗养、社会援助和自我调节.以系统性和规律性的课外体育锻炼和体育教学为主的体育运动干预,对灾区中学生心理健康发展具有积极的促进作用,体育锻炼在地震灾后学生心理恢复中发挥着重要作用.
Using the statistical analysis and questionnaire survey method,the name Wenchuan earthquake disaster 2628 students actively take part in physical exercises and mental health development of tracking and related data sampling and analysis,in order to reveal physical exercise and disaster area middle school students' mental health level of relevancy.The result shows:the norm of the mean value comparison with middle school students,the disaster area students in the body,obsessive-compulsion symptoms of depression,anxiety,terror and psychotic factors such as scored above the norm;in relationships,paranoid project scored lower than the norm.The main factors for influencing disaster area middle school students' mental health level adjustment in turn are psychological counseling,physical exercise,different recuperation,social assistance and self-adjusting.
