介绍了发展民间研发基金的重要意义和发达国家民间研发基金的发展情况,分析了我国民间研发基金发展中的制度和管理问题,提出了大力发展民间研发基金的建议。

In this paper, the authors introduced significance of developing private research funding and situation of developing private research funding in developed countries. Then, the authors analyzed problems of system and management in developing private research funding in China, and put forward suggestions vigorously developing private research fimding.
