Thoughts on Independent Innovation and Improving Standard of Opening to the Outside World

分析了当前自主创新与提高对外开放水平之间存在的主要问题,阐述了加快制定国际战略、推进我国科技国际化进程的路径,提出了提高企业自主创新能力、扩大和深化对外开放的政策建议。

In this paper, the authors analyzed existent main problems between current independent innovation and improving standard of opening to the outside world, and expounded path of accelerating making international strategies and promoting process of internationalization of science and technology. Finally, the authors put forward policies of improving ability of independent innovation of enterprises and expanding and deepening opening to the outside world.
