After the party＇s congress report clearly stated ＂to promote the popularity of Marxism in contemporary China,＂ the scientific proposition of the Ministry of Education set up a special research projects （Marxist mass）. The scholars in colleges and universities had a in - depth study and research in the aspect of promoting a wide range of popular Marxism and achieved fruitful results, which sort and study of the research results with important theoretical and practical value of the doctrine.
