摘要
企业文化建设和企业文化管理是21世纪的主要管理趋势。对于一些集团化特大型企业,从集团层面对各所属单位的有效管控显得越来越重要,文化管控正在成为新的管理方式。构建文化型企业是实施文化管控的重要途径。采用规范分析和实证分析相结合的方法,提出了"文化型企业"的概念,研究了文化型企业管理的内容、文化型企业的主要特点和运作方式,探讨了在企业文化建设过程中,通过企业文化管理的方法,培育文化型、可持续发展的企业的问题。
Construction and management of enterprise culture are the main trend of management in 21st century. For certain giant group enterprise, it appears more and more important to manage and control its subunits from the group level, and cultural management and control has become a new mode of management. Construction of enterprise of cultural type is an important approach to realizing cultural management and control. In terms of combination of nor- mative analysis and positive analysis, we presented concept of "cultural type enterprise", studied management content, main featttres and operation of enterprise of cultural type, propped in construction of enterprise culture how to cultivate cultural type and sustainable enterprise through management of enterprise culture.
