With enlargement of production scale in enterprise, elevation of product, usage of newly built plants and higher and higher requirement of technical innovation, enterprise will realize new development of new circle, which need professional technician more and more urgently. We analyzed problems existing in training of professional technician in enterprise and put forward policy against them.
