摘要
人才成长通道能够为人才提供更为宽阔的发展空间,满足人才自我发展的要求,实现企业和人才的共同发展。从匹配理论和职业生涯理论出发,分析石化企业人才成长通道建设中的不足,从人才成长通道建设和保障机制建设等方面提出建设性建议。
Passage of talent development can provide broader developing space for talent, meet the requirement of self development of talent and realize common development of enterprise and talent. In terms of theory of match and professional carrier, we analyzed shortcomings in construction of passage of talent development, presented instructive suggestions in view of construction of passage of talent development and construction of assurance mechanism.
