摘要
伴随市场经济的快速发展,工程建设领域的商业贿赂活动大量滋生,严重影响了我国经济的持续健康发展。通过对工程建设领域商业贿赂的表现形式、特点和产生的原因进行分析,提出了相应措施,力求减少招标投标活动中的人为因素,遏制商业贿赂的蔓延。
With the rapid development of market economy, commercial bribery in engineering construction field is breeding, witch seriously affected our economy to develop continuously and healthily. We analyzed representation form, features and causes of commercial bribery in engineering construction field put forward relative measures to reduee personal factor in bid inviting and submitting, and control breeding of commercial bribery.
