摘要 对基于有限元弹性迭代的坯料形状展开算法进行了改进,在弹性有限元计算中引入大变形位移应变关系,以克服应用小变形应变-位移计算单元形状改变量时,由于单元刚体转动较大而带来的计算误差,从而使坯料形状的预示精度基本达到了基于塑性迭代的一步成形方法,并且使计算效率得到了显著提高。 When using small deformation strain-displacement to calculate the changing volume of the element shape,the rotation of the element rigid body would be big and produce large calculation error.To overcome it,large deformation strain-displacement was introduced for the elastic finite element calculation.The precision level of the prevision in blank shape reached that of one step inverse methods based on plastic iteration with the calculation efficiency being improved obviously.
