摘要
随着支撑地理空间框架建设的九个重要文件的相继出台,地理空间框架的建设思路和方法愈加明确,建设脚步也越来越快。本文从数字城市地理空间框架的总体目标入手,将框架建设的具体目标划分为一库、一平台、若干应用,提出了基于NewMap GIS的数字城市地理空间框架的总体设计,并以国土资源储备用地出让发布系统为例,描述了基于地理信息公共平台的示范应用系统设计。
The will of setting up the geospatial configuration with relevant methods became more confirmative after the birth of nine major supporting documents.This paper,starting from a global views of the above digital geospatial context of cities,has proposed,a comprehensive planning to realize the mentioned configuration divided into a library,a platform,a number of applications NewMap GIS.The author was describing also the common platform based on NewMap GIS with examples of the promulgation system regarding to reserve land transfer.
