今年是中国加入世界贸易组织(WTO)的第十个年头。10年来,中国以史无前例的速度成长为全球第一大出口国、第二大进口国和第二大经济体,经济贸易实力得到显著提高。回顾这10年,入世究竟给中国和世界带来怎样的影响?当前又面临怎样的问题和挑战?下一个10年我们又该如何走得更好?对此,本文以中国入世之已有十大成就、入世十年之当前十大挑战以及入世十年之未来十大对策为题分别做了一些分析与思考,以期中国继续能从更好地融入全球多边贸易体制和世界经济主流的过程中为自身和世界带来共赢和改变。

2011 is the 10th anniversary of China＇s entry into the World Trade Organization. During the ten years, China has obtained rapid development in economy and foreign trade. The depth and the breadth of participation in globalization achieve the unprecedented level. Now, China has become the world＇s largest exporter and the second largest importer of merchandise trade, and the second largest economy in 2010. The economic status and the level of opening up to the world obtain the huge promotion. This article points out the ten achievements resulted from China＇s entry into the WTO, and analyse the ten challenges facing to China and put forward the ten policy recommendations for the next decade based on the win-win idea between China and the rest of the world.
