摘要
以正辛醇-水为模拟系统,采用摇瓶法-紫外分光光度法测定分配平衡后水相中诺氟沙星的浓度,由此计算诺氟沙星的正辛醇-水分配系数,得出该系数受pH的影响,pH=1.22时分配系数最小,pH=7.4时分配系数最大.从而得到诺氟沙星弱碱环境的脂溶性大于酸性环境的结论.
A shake flask-ultraviolet spectrophotometry method was used.The concentration of norfloxacin in water after the establishment of partition equilibrium was evaluated.The logPOW of norfloxacin was pH-dependent.The minimum logPOW value was observed at pH=1.22 and the maximum at pH=7.4.The fat solubility of norfloxacin is higher in weak alkali environment than in acidic environment.
