摘要
中国共产党的生态文明思想经历了起步、全面展开和发展完善的历史进程。生态文明思想的提出,是中国特色社会主义理论体系的又一创新,这一理论的提出,体现了党对社会主义本质的深刻认识,是我们党对落实科学发展观、深化全面建设小康社会目标提出的更高要求,也反映了党在执政理念上的创新。
Chinese Communist Party＇s Ecological ideology has experienced three stages of origination, comprehensive development and perfection. This ideology is the innovation of the theoretical system of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, and it shows that Communist Party of China has a deeper understanding of the essence of Socialism. Through this, the party proposes higher requirement to implement of the scientific outlook on development, to deepen goal of the comprehensive construction of well - off society. This ideology also embodies the innovation in administrative concept.
