摘要 配电网线损管理是供电企业管理的一项重要内容,文章以市县级供电企业为研究平台,设计并实现了市县级一体化配电网线损管理系统,系统实现了可视化线损技术,提出了通过电力系统潮流计算来对低压配电网用户理论线损进行计算的方案,建立基于贝叶斯网络的违章窃电诊断识别模型,结果表明该系统具有实用性强、可靠性高、操作简便、人机界面友好等优点。 Line loss management in power distribution networks is one of important tasks of power supply enterprises management. Taking county level power supply enterprises as research object, this paper designs and implements county level integrated power distribution networks line loss management system with the capacity to visualize line loss. In the proposed system, a new method that computes theoretical line loss of low-voltage power distribution network using power flow calculation is proposed, which establishes an illegal electric larceny diagnosis model based on Bayesian networks. The results show that the proposed system is with strong practicality, high reliability, easy operation and friendly user interfaces.
