On the Protection and Development of Hani Terrace from Cultural Holder point

红河哈尼梯田是哈尼族先民适应山地生活所创造并仍一直在发挥作用的活形态文化遗产,它包括梯田及建基于其上的哈尼文化。经济诉求的愿景让"沉默"已久的红河哈尼梯田走上了申遗之路,当地政府也因此展开了对梯田的保护与开发。然而,在梯田保护与开发中,文化持有者的诉求被忽视了。还文化持有者以一定的话语权,倾听他们的声音,有助于更好地保护和开发红河哈尼梯田。

Honghe Hani terrace are created by Hani ancestors, which adapt to mountain life and still play a living role. It includes terraces and Hani culture. Hani terrace is being declared World Cultural Heritage because of economic demands. The local government is protecting and developing the terrace. However, cultural holders＇ aspiration is ignored in the protection and development. Listen cultural holders＇ voice and give them a certain right to speak can contribute to better protection and development of Hani terrace.
