摘要
采用拼接法设计了模数m=0.125 mm、压力角α=20°、齿数z=6、齿顶圆直径d=1 mm的H62黄铜微齿轮热挤压模具。优化了关键模具结构,用碳化钨硬质合金做挤压针、4Cr5MoS iV1做其他模具材料,采用尺寸为3 mm×3 mm的H62黄铜坯料,在G leeb le-1500D热模拟实验机上实现了650℃正向热挤压,挤出了成形状况良好的微齿轮。
The hot extrusion die design of brass H62 micro-gear,which has modulus m=0.125 mm,pressure angle α=20°,number of teeth z=6,and tip diameter d=1 mm,was carried out with splicing method.By splicing of the initial designed dies,the optimal key dies structure was finished.The extrusion pins were made of tungsten carbide,and other dies materials were made of hot mold material 4Cr5MoSiV1.With the size 3 mm× 3 mm of brass H62 billets at 650 ℃ isothermal conditions,the micro-gear forward hot extrusion was carried out by using the Gleeble-1500D thermal simulation machine.The extrusion micro-gear has very good shape and performance.
