摘要
通过对无刷直流电机的换相过程进行分析,得到无刷直流电机的换相频率与转速、转矩之间的关系。通过小波分析方法对采集到的启动过程的相电流进行去噪,提取瞬时换相频率,获取无刷直流电机的机械特性曲线。最后,通过对无刷直流电机空载启动过程进行仿真,将仿真得到的相电流进行小波去噪和特征提取,得到与理论一致的转速和机械特性曲线,验证了该方法的可行性。
By analyzing the brushless DC motor commutation,the relationship among the commutation frequency,speed and the torque was got.The startup phase current was denoised,and the instantaneous commutation frequency was extracted by the wavelet analysis method.The brushless DC motor mechanical characteristic curve was got.Finally,by simulating the process of brushless DC motor start-up without load,the simulated phase current was denoised by the wavelet,the instantaneous feature was extracted also.The speed curve and mechanical characteristic curve are consistent with the brushless DC motor theory,which confirms the feasibility of the method.
