中国IT企业知识型员工激励因素

Study on motivating factor of IT knowledge workers in China

为了解决当前国内许多IT企业对知识型员工激励不足的问题,从激励因素的视角,通过调查问卷的方式,运用统计分析软件分析,得出了薪酬福利、职位晋升、培训学习、能力发挥和工作成就等5项影响IT企业知识型员工激励的主导因素,并提出了一些有效激励IT企业知识型员工的对策建议,对当前IT企业的具体实践具有一定的借鉴意义。

In order to solve the problem of the lack of incentives for knowledge workers in IT enterprises, from the perspective of incentive factors, five main factors are obtained by using the software analysis and questionnaires, and some suggestions are proposed, which have a certain reference significance for IT enterprises.
