在频繁的国际商贸活动中,商务合同是商务活动中的各方针对某一具体事务达成的各方权利和义务的协议,是一种严谨的正式法律文件。从商务合同的书面词汇、专业术语、古体词汇和情态动词4个方面分析了商务英语合同用词正式规范、专业性强和严谨的特点;从商务合同中常用的句式进行分析的基础上,提出了相应的翻译方法。同时,指出了动态等值理论对当今商务合同翻译的指导作用。

In the frequent international business activities, the business contract is formal and strict legal document which defines the rights and obligations of each party for a particular case or issue through precise clause and agreement in the contract. Business contract has its characteristics and uniqueness. The vocabulary characteristics of formality, specialty and precision are analyzed, on the basis of analysis of normal sentence structure, the corresponding translation method is proposed. In the meanwhile, the importance of Nida＇ s dynamic equivalence translation theory for current business contract translation is pointed out.
