新生儿窒息HIE患儿SI SF水平的变化 被引量:1

Changes of serum iron and serum ferritin in newborns with asphyxia and hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy

摘要 目的探讨新生儿窒息、轻度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿血清铁(SI)、血清铁蛋白(SF)水平的变化及意义。方法分别测定30例足月单纯窒息儿、30例足月轻度HIE新生儿入院时(日龄12 h^48 h)、日龄4 d及日龄7 d(恢复期)时血SI及SF含量,并与20例健康新生儿(对照组)进行比较。结果轻度HIE急性期SI、SF水平与对照组及恢复期比较,先降低(日龄12 h^48 h),后升高(日龄4 d)(P均<0.05);单纯窒息组急性期SI、SF水平仅在日龄4 d时明显高于对照组及恢复期(P<0.05);HIE及新生儿窒息恢复期SI、SF水平与对照组比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 SI、SF可能参与HIE的发生、发展过程,并可作为临床早期诊断HIE的观察指标。 Objective To explore the changes of serum iron(SI) and serum ferritin(SF) in newborns with asphyxia and mild hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods The serum levels of SI and SF were detected in 30 newborns with asphyxia and 30 newborns with mild HIE within 12 h^48 h、4 d and 7d after birth,and 20 normal healthy newborns as controls.Results The levels of SI and SF in mild HIE group with acute stage were firstly lower and then higher than those of control group and mild HIE group of recovery stage(P0.05),while the levels of SI and SF in asphyxia group with acute stage were higher than those of control group and asphyxia group of recovery stage(P0.05).but there was no significant difference in the levels of SI and SF between asphyxia group and mild HIE group with those recovery stage and control group(P0.05).Conclusion SI and SF may play role in the HIE pathogenesis,and they could be factors of early diagnosis for HIE.
