资中县2008年—2010年肺结核病流行病学分析

Epidemiological analysis of tuberculosis in Zizhong county

目的分析资中县肺结核病发病水平及流行特点,为控制结核病提供科学依据。方法对四川省资中县2008年—2010年新发现肺结核疫情资料进行统计和分析。结果资中县2008年—2010年肺结核病年报告发病率分别为63.84例/10万、64.95例/10万和61.08例/10万,总体呈逐渐下降趋势。年龄分布:中青年组高于其他各年龄组;性别分布:男性明显多于女性;职业分布:以农民和工人为主。结论结核病防控工作仍不能放松,对重点人群应加强管理,特别要做好青壮年和失业人群的肺结核防治工作。

Objectives To analyze the incidence of tuberculosis and epidemiological characters in Zizhong county and provide the scientific basis for controlling tuberculosis.Methods The data of registered pulmonary tuberculosis in the period of 2008-2010 years were analyzed.Results The incidence of tuberculosis was 63.84/10 million,64.95/10 million to 61.08/10 million,respectively from 2008 to 2010 in Zizhong county.Generally it showed a gradual downward trend.The incidence in young group was higher than that in other age groups.The incidence of tuberculosis in the male was significantly more than that in women.Occupational distribution showed farmers and workers more main.Conclusion Tuberculosis prevention and control work still could not be loosened,the focus of the crowd management should be strengthened,especially to the young and unemployed population.
