偏头痛患者发作期230例TCD分析

TCD analysis in 230 patients with migraine during attacks

目的探讨经颅多普勒(TCD)在偏头痛发作期的检测意义。方法对230例偏头痛患者发作期经TCD观测颅内主要动脉的血流速度结果进行回顾性分析。结果大部分偏头痛患者发作期的脑血管血流速度均有不同程度的异常。结论偏头痛的发生机制是由于脑血管的舒缩功能障碍所致;TCD为偏头痛敏感检查方法,可以指导诊断和治疗。

Objective Detection significance of transcranial Doppler（TCD） in the migraine attack.Methods To observe intracranial major artery blood flow velocity in 230 patients with migraine during attack by TCD,and the results were analyzed retrospectively.Results Cerebral blood flow velocity in most patients with migraine during attack was abnormal.Conclusion The mechanism of migraine is due to cerebrovascular systolic and diastolic dysfunction,caused by,TCD is a sensitive examine for the migraine,Can guide diagnosis and treatment.
