Pragmatic Negative is the meaning of appropriate building strategy based on Tact Rhetoric in order to appropriately express the meaning.From the perspective of the Pragmatic subjectivity,the subjectivity is divided into three types,with logic method and the interaction concept of the pragmatic rhetoric,the author exploited discourse generation and the discourse Reasoning mechanism of Pragmatic Negative to some extent.
