学前教育学生专业实习态度情况分析——以红河学院07级学前教育专业学生为例 被引量:2

摘要 文章通过访谈、问卷调查等途径从各方面对学前学生的实习态度进行调查和分析,寻找问题,提出对策。研究结果:该专业学生清楚了解专业实习的重要性,认真对待,态度端正,认真考虑和面对实习出现的各种状况,努力解决难题。存在的问题:实习时间不足;专业知识储备不充足;教学组织的方式不完善;对实习条件不满意;实习教学效果欠佳等,为此从学校和学生两方面给予以下建议:延长实习期限,可以至三个月;最好在专业学习完成之后有准备地进入实习;条件允许的情况下,让学生进行换班实习,体验不同班级的工作;探索多元化实习模式;学生在实习期间应多与指导教师互动交流;学生应加强专业技能的学习和巩固等. The Paper investigate and analyze pre-school college student's practice attitude Through interview,questionnaire approaches from accmulatemSearchingquestions,Putsforwardcountermeasures.The Result: The professional students understanding the importance of professional internships clearly,seriously.Serious consideration and face the various conditions,Efforts to solve the puzzle.The problem: Practice time is insufficient;Professional knowledge reserves is not sufficient;Teaching organization way imperfect;To practice conditions are not satisfied;Teaching is inefficiency;The Suggestions:Extendding the internship period for three months;After completing the best professional study is ready to enter the internship;Conditions allow,Let students practice during the different classes.Experience the different of the class;Explore diversified practice mode;Students should be interact with teachers during the internship;Students should strengthen professional skills of the learning and consolidated and so on.
