探讨明代实行海禁的原因,分别从政治、经济、思想文化以及突发历史事件造成的影响等方面分析明政府终止宋元以来鼓励航海贸易政策的原因,进而阐明在不同时期海禁政策体系的强化过程,并得出结论。

This paper discussed why the Ming Dynasty took the policy of ban on maritime trade. It analyzed the reasons that Ming government ended the policy of encouraging maritime trade taken by the Song and Yuan Dynasties, respectively from the view of politics, economics, culture and effect produced by the historical events. Then it explained the development of the system about ban on maritime trade in different period of Ming Dynasty and drew a conclusion.
