New Economic Policy in China Post-International Financial Tsunami:How to achieve its goal?

该文在调研的基础上,从管理通胀预期保持物价稳定,扩大消费需求和优化投资结构,加强自主创新和优化产业结构,深化农村、财税、金融和资源性产品价格改革,以及保障和改善民生促进社会和谐发展等五个方面入手,从全新的视角提出自己的看法和意见以及解决方案。

By employing a series of economic policy,China had successfully coped with the international financial crisis of 2008,and went back to its routine speed of economic development while many developed countries have been still struggling for getting the recovery.Although having these achievements,China have been meeting more difficulties than before both from outside and inside,such as the decrease of foreign market demand,the increase of domestic labor price,the heavy consumption of resources,the issue of environmental protection and so on.Therefore,new economic policy was worked out to deal with these problems,in which the policy concerning the transition of economic development mode and the adjustment of economic structure is the most important.Differentiating from any former literature,the article will present some comments in new perspective to further the realization of the aim of the policy.
