摘要
近年来,上海市积极探索社会主义新农村建设的发展路径,形成了一批各具特色的发展模式,在完善农村集体资产管理、探索征地留用地制度、促进村级工业经济转型、发展特色农业等方面,取得了不少创新成果,使村级集体经济得到持续发展,农村面貌得到持续改善,农民收入得到持续提高。该文通过对郊区三个村庄发展路径的深入剖析,深刻总结了三种社会主义新农村建设的发展模式。
In recent years,Shanghai Municipality is sticking to exploring the developmental route for the New Socialist Countryside by creating a batch of development modes with unique characteristics and has made significant achievements.Having analyzed the development path of three villages in the suburban of Shanghai,this paper summarizes three different developmental modes for the New Socialist Countryside.
